Use the phrases in counter order
Name the item first: una carta is a letter, un paquete a parcel and un sello a stamp. Then say where it is going.
Ask separately about price, delivery time and tracking. Más barato and más rápido are comparisons, not service promises.
International mail may require identification, a customs declaration and a truthful description of the contents.
Four distinctions that prevent mistakes
correo is mail; oficina de correos is the physical post office.
enviar is to send; recibir is to receive.
remitente is the sender; destinatario or destinataria is the recipient.
seguimiento is tracking; número de seguimiento is the code you keep.
