What phrases do you need for a presentation in Spanish?
Prepare language for six jobs: greeting the audience, announcing the topic, showing the structure, explaining visuals, managing questions and closing.
Keep the fixed frame short and change only the detail: Hoy voy a hablar de… introduces the topic; Como pueden ver en esta diapositiva… directs attention; Para concluir… signals the ending.
Most phrases address a group with ustedes forms such as pueden and tienen. This neutral plural works in academic and professional presentations across much of the Spanish-speaking world.
Four rules for clear presentation Spanish
Announce the topic and route before presenting details.
Use one transition when you move to a new section; do not stack several connectors.
Explain what a visual means instead of merely saying that it is on the slide.
Prepare a clarification phrase for questions you do not hear or understand.
