What "with pronunciation" should mean
The phrase gets used for three very different things, and only the third one changes how you speak:
- A phonetic spelling printed on the card. Useful as a hint, but you are still guessing at the sound.
- Audio you can listen to. Better. You now have a model to copy — as long as the audio is on every card and not just the first hundred.
- Recording that checks you back. This is the one that matters. Until something tells you that your rr did not land, you will keep practising the mistake.
Most apps stop at the second. When you are comparing, that is the line to look for.

The Spanish sounds a flashcard app has to handle
If an app has audio but never draws your attention to these, you will learn the vocabulary and keep the accent:

Written accents matter too: hablo is "I speak" and habló is "he spoke". An app that strips accents is teaching you to write Spanish wrong.

Common questions
Do free Spanish flashcard apps include pronunciation?

Can an app really fix my Spanish accent?
It can fix the systematic mistakes: silent h, the g before e and i, the difference between r and rr. Fine-grained intonation still needs a human or a lot of listening to real speech. Getting the systematic ones right is most of what makes you understandable.
